Sapienza Finance is a Licensed Finance Broker specialising in arranging most types of personal and business finance. We liaise with all the major banks and many other bank and non-bank lenders.
The business was established in October 1998 by Sam Sapienza, who has over 40 years of experience in banking and finance. Sam was previously the State Manager of the Italian merchant bank, Monte Paschi Australia Ltd, and also the manager at the busy Osborne Park branch of Westpac. Sam is an active member of the community and is proud to support a number of organisations.
Peter Cirillo, Connie Sapienza and Tiziana Bouwhuis complete the team in the Perth office. Peter, Connie and Tiziana have all worked at banks during their careers and have plenty of experience of finance and banking.

Sam Sapienza F Fin
Sam was granted his Finance Broker’s Licence in August 1998. He is a member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and was elevated to Fellow in 2007.
Sam’s experience in the finance industry dates back to 1968, when he commenced his employment at Westpac. He remained at Westpac until 1995, and, during this time, branches under his management consistently won awards for sales and service provided to the bank's clients.
On leaving Westpac, Sam was recruited as the State Manager of Monte Paschi Australia Ltd. Whilst Sam was at Monte Paschi, the bank was very successful and the assets of the bank grew considerably. The company was so successful during this period that Sam opened a second branch in Fremantle.
Since commencing business in October 1998, Sapienza Finance has built on Sam’s extensive financial experience and his outstanding reputation for leadership and involvement in the community to become a thriving financial services provider.

Peter Cirillo
Peter's experience in the finance industry dates back to 1989, when he joined the National Australia Bank in Albany.
In 1992, Peter commenced work for Esanda, a division of the ANZ Bank, in Bunbury as a Finance Officer. Later that year he was transferred to Head Office in Perth to work in the Commercial Finance – Broker Division, where he remained until December 1998.
After working for Cassa Commerciale Australia Ltd (formerly known as Monte Paschi Australia Ltd), Peter joined the Sapienza Finance team in December 1998, where he now works as a Credit Analyst. Peter brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in the finance industry.
